Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care to every client we meet with. To make the most of your scheduled time, we ask that you complete any necessary paperwork and payment prior to the start of your scheduled session.
New Client Policy
All new clients are required to undergo an initial evaluation as part of their care with LITE Mental Health and Wellness Center. Your provider will use this time to evaluate your current health framework and develop a treatment plan.
Payment Policy
Please be advised that full payment is due before service is rendered.
Insurance Policy
LITE Mental Health and Wellness Center accepts many major insurance plans including Virginia Medicaid, Evernorth, Aetna, and others. Please be advised that if your insurance plan does not cover your services, full payment will be required before service is rendered. For questions regarding your coverage, please speak directly with your insurance provider or contact our team.
Returned Payment Policy
Returned checks and declined card payments may be subject to a fee.
Attendance Policy
Please be aware of our policies regarding attendance when reserving an appointment. We understand that circumstances may arise in which you may need to cancel or reschedule. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that time may be utilized for other clients and you can avoid incurring a penalty.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify our team no less than 24 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within the appropriate time frame will result in a penalty of the full price of the missed appointment.
Late Policy
If you are going to be late for any reason, please contact our team. If you are more than 20 minutes late, it is up to the provider’s discretion and availability whether you will still be seen.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of their missed appointment.
